Naturally Gluten-Free

Some foods are naturally free of gluten. Here are some examples:

  1. milk not flavored with ingredients that contain gluten, such as malt

  2. 100 percent fruit or vegetable juices

  3. fresh fruits and vegetables

  4. butter

  5. eggs

  6. lentils

  7. peanuts

  8. seeds, such as flax

  9. tree nuts, such as almonds

  10. non-gluten-containing grains, such as corn

  11. fresh fish, such as cod

  12. fresh shellfish, such as clams

  13. honey

  14. water, including bottled, distilled, and spring
