Ingredients:
1 -2 Tablespoons of grated fresh ginger
2 -cups of water
1/2 lime or lemon or 2 tablespoons of lime or lemon
1-2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
Directions:
Peel ginger and grate.
Boil the ginger in water for 12-15 minutes. Boil longer for stronger tea.
Remove from heat and add lime or lemon juice
Add honey or agave to taste
Steep for another five (5) minutes for flavours to blend and tea to cool.
Strain and serve with lime or lemon wedges.
Avoid chewing or swallowing the seeds when you use limes or lemon.
